The road is closed between Kansas Road and Sandy Creek Road. The area is known as Packard's Hill.

Bridgton Police officials say the bus was traveling southbound and a minivan driven by 74-year-old Jacqueline Ingalls swerved into the oncoming bus.

Ingalls, who was from Casco, died at the scene. All of the occupants of the bus -- driver Blair Watson, 62, and three students were taken to Bridgton Hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
